What you end up with is a permanent home that is part of your lot and its value, and that is true of every model, studio to three-bedroom.
Turnkey pricing starts at $172,328 for a studio and scales with size up to a full three-bedroom. Every build is one design-build contract covering design, permitting submittal, and construction, with no hidden allowances.
